Bike Safety Revolights

Cycling at night can be much safer and fun. Some time earlier we introduced the Bike Lane Safety Light that draws an instant red light zone around the bike. Revolights system combines front lighting with back lighting in a unique way. The 8 front wheel LEDs throw a uniquely even and wide vertical swath of light in front of the rider, illuminating ground, road signs and elevated obstacles. For the bike to be easily sighted by others the Revolights cast 360 degrees of illumination. This improves safety tremendously, as most nighttime bike-car collisions are due to inadequate side visibility.

Revolight has a 4 hour battery life; it is water and theft resistant. Initial project funding was achieved via Kickstarter, with over 1,400 generous supporters.
